Huawei-TeliaSonera Launching Prime LTE Service

TU - Huawei with TeliaSonera announced the deployment of a network of Long Term Evolution (LTE) of the first commercial one in the world, in Oslo, Norway.

4G service offers a maximum speed of up to 100Mbps and 10 times faster than existing 3G network.

TeliaSonera customers also claimed to be able to enjoy mobile broadband services on an ongoing basis, such as high definition (HD) video conferencing within the scope of a mobile and a variety of HD video programs via various terminal devices, applications that can not be executed in the current 3G network .

"Thanks to the success of our partnership with Huawei, we are able to offer 4G to customers in Oslo, faster than we planned," said Mr. Kenneth Karlberg, President and Director of TeliaSonera Mobility Services.

Huawei's own support of the TeliaSonera network access network, core network, operational support systems, as well as planning and network optimization.
